This is an invitation to all parishioners and friends to join us on this visit to St. Andrew’s Cathedral on Tuesday November 8, 2016. A tour of the Cathedral and crypt starts at 10:30 am. Confession 11:00 am. Rosary at 11:40 am and Mass at 12:15 pm. The parish has arranged a bus, free of charge, to take us to and from the cathedral. Encountering Christ. A thirteen week course with Dr. Patricia Rooke, begin-ning Tuesdays 7 pm to 9 pm on January 3 to April 25, in the Parish Centre, 740 View Street. We will examine the Seven Sacraments of the Church in their scriptural context and historical development but most importantly, their com-munal and personal meaning for Catholics. Preference will be given to those students who have not previously attended these sessions either as a separate course or part of Exploring the Catholic Faith. The second hour will be devot-ed to small discussion groups of case studies with instructor and facilitator/s. There is a limit of 30 participants.
