The third release in the 2014 The Land Down Under collector series immortalisesthe legendary Australian stockmen who pioneered the unforgiving outback.

The reverse of the 1/4oz of 99.99% pure gold proof coin depicts an Australianstockman cracking his whip while galloping on his horse, while the 1oz of 99.9%pure silver coin features an Australian stockman on his horse, watching over a flockof sheep in a rural paddock in colour, framed within the shape of Australia.

Each coin features the inscriptions THE LAND DOWN UNDER and AUSTRALIANSTOCKMAN.

The obverse of each coin depicts the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her MajestyQueen Elizabeth II.

No more than 1,000 gold coins and 5,000 silver coins featuring the Australianstockman theme will be released in a clear Australian map-shaped latex case withina themed shipper. Each coin is accompanied by a numbered Certificateof Authenticity.
