Pipes, fittings, valves and special parts are especially suitable for this applications. Due to the excellent weldability different joining technologies are ap-plicable, e.g. heating element butt - or electrofusion welding.

All PE 100 pipes and fittings are made of materials that are listed at the PE 100+ association.

Pe 100 pipesAgru PE 100 pipes are produced as standard 5 m - 12 m or coiled bundles according EN 1555 standard for gas.

Sureline Pipes (Pe 100‑rc)These pipes are suitable and highly recommended for alternative installation methods.

Sureline pipes are co-extruded solid wall pipes with a dimen-sionally integrated orange coloured signal layer or black with orange stripes for gas applications. Due to the use of high-grade PE 100-RC materials they offer an optimum protection against point loads, crack initiation, slow crack growth and damages on the outside.

tapping saddleTapping saddles are produced in a similar way to electrofusion fittings. They are made with an entirely embedded resistance wire in a fully automated injection moulding.

The patented telescope unit enables gas-tight tapping under pressure (10 bars). A leak test of the finished house connection is possible through the tapping system.

Tapping saddles are also available with additional gas stop as safety for gas supply lines in case of damage of the service connection line (e.g. excavator)
