Interview

1.What are the products and services that offered by your company?We offer the service in the form of protection security. There are 3 products:a. Accident in Work Securityb. Old Age Securityc. Death Security

2.What the purpose of the company in making the products and services that offered to the consumer?The purpose is to give the basic protection in every level, both in public and private institution, as well as formal and informal sector.

3. What kind of procedure that required to follow for the consumer to attain those products and services?

There are some requirements that needed to be provided. Formal sector requires Trade Business License (SIUP) fund, copy of National ID (KTP) and Family Registers (KK). If the applicant is not an employee, it only requires copy of KTP and KK.

The steps are as follows:a. Start by contacting BPJS employment office in town or you

can fill out the form online at www.bpjsketenagakerjaan.go.id.

b.Fill out the FI form for company registration.

c. Fill out 'F1a' for labor and family registration.

d.Pay out the dues that have been required.

4. Do you have any competitors in the company you work for?There is only a few of competitors, it's usually

only come from Private Insurance Company because BPJS has been working with the government.

5. How is your company survive to compete with other companies?The company is using the cartel system. Every

company has the obligation to registrate itself to BPJS Employment. Besides, BPJS is also actively looking for the company to registrate.

6. What is the product and service innovations of your company in the future?After those 3 products that we mentioned earlier

have been offered to consumer for some times now, we are planning in creating one other product which is the Pension Security.

7. When will those product and service be launched?In July 2015, starting gradually with 8% dues,

consist of 5% dues from the employers and 3% dues from employees.

8. Who is the target of your company's consumer market?We're targetting on all sectors, including formal

and informal sector, as well as public and private sector.

Conclusion

This company is running the services sector with 3 products that offered by the institution. The innovation product for the future is Pension Security Program which will be launched in July 2015.
