Please pray for strength as the most recent treatment has been more difficult to deal with. -Pray for Ahleen Heynen as she recovers at Providence Transitional Nursing Facility. -Pray for Joy Sharpe as she goes in for surgery on her carotid artery this upcoming Saturday. Announcements Children’s Worship—This morning, children ages 4-4th grade are welcome to go to Children’s Worship, which will be dismissed following the offering. Sunday School — Next week will be the last week of Sunday School before summer break. Profession of Faith—Next Sunday, May 19, we have the joy of witnessing Gabe DeVries’s public profession of faith. We rejoice in God’s call upon Gabe’s life. Luncheon—The next luncheon will be on May 19. Please join us in celebrating the end of another school year for our students. Also join us in celebrating the graduation of Robby Sanders from UAF and Jeremy DeVries from Grace Christian. We also thank God for the public profession of faith of Gabe DeVries. There will be a basket on the dessert table for cards for these young men. Bring your favorite dish; a cake will be provided for dessert. The Well will not take place again this Wednesday, but will resume again on Wednesday, May 22 at 7 pm. Sacred Concert — “An ‘old-fashioned’ Hymn Sing will be airing on KLEF 98.1 FM from 6-9 am on May 19. Council Report—May 9 -Beverly Beheim came and expressed her faith and desire to become a member of Trinity, which Council accepted with much thanksgiving. She will be welcomed in an upcoming worship service. -Joel Kiekintveld came and talked about the status of Crosspoint Community Church. They will be having their final worship service in their current location June 2 @ 5:30. We are invited to come. -A new bulletin and monthly calendar design was approved. -The fifth Sunday offering for June will be for Alaska earthquake relief.
