Implementation Project Management Implementation Project Management is provided to

manage the Ascom Project Lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Installation, Training, Live and Close).

Clinical and other mission critical installations require professional leadership.

Pricing is per day based on the type of implementation project and other professional services provided.

Clinical Services (Clinical Consultation & User Training) Clinical Consultation is performed at the customer

site and is the act of providing expert clinical

guidance to clients who will include Ascom

products in their clinical work flow. 

Clinical Consulting will coincide with the

Implementation Project Lifecycle.

Clinical User training is performed at the customer

site and teaches care givers how to use the Ascom

portable devices and integration solutions.

Live support. Clinical Specialist support customers

on site while the commission a new system or

upgrade.

Installation Services General Implementation provides field engineering

services to configure Ascom equipment. Use this

service when you can not categorize the intended

implementation service as equipment installation or

messaging integration but need a certified expert to

participate in an implementation project.

Equipment Installation provides field engineering

services to install Ascom hardware and portable

devices.

Standard Commissioning provides field engineering

services to follow installation and put Ascom

systems into service.


Recommended
