350 employees developing projects in Germany, Spain, France, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico, Belgium, Ireland, the UK, Bulgaria and Finland .

The percentage of produced renewable energy must reach 8% by 2016.

Laws that make the development of wind energy projects easier:o Accelerated amortization.o Sales tax refunds.o Tax exemptions on minimum

presumed income o Subsidy: 15 AR$/MWh (1,8 USD/MWh)o Financial Stability.

Legislative initiative to create the following benefits:

o 8% of the energy of large consumers has to be through renewable energy.

o Subsidies for domestic production increase.

o Credit lines. o Tax benefits.
