RELIGIOUS EDUCATION NEWS Religious ed classes resume on Monday, April 24th.

8th Grade Students Schedule update: we will have regular 8th grade classes this week, April 24th - April 27th. You should attend your regu-lar class! We will not be having 8th grade "Question & Answer" with Msgr. this week as scheduled in our original "Year-at-a-glance" calendar. Msgr. will incorporate the Q & A into the 2nd Confirmation meetings. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Christian Service Project (Service Hours) forms were due April 7th. Please make sure they are handed into the office.

Family Catechesis Passport to Easter – Completed, stamped, Passports are due when we return from Easter break, April 24th- 27th (Passports should be handed in to their catechist).

Re-Registration Re-registration for current families, for the 2017-2018 school year, is now in progress. Information regarding regis-tration can be found on our website, saintkateriparish.com. Registration for “new families” will start on April 24th.

ST. KATERI BIBLE STUDY The St. Kateri Bible Study meets every Thursday, 7-9 pm, in the Faith Formation Building. We are studying Luke's Gospel. Class resumes Thursday, April 27th. Call Julie at 223-3658.

REVIVE CLUSTER MISSION St. Kateri Church is hosting a REVIVE Cluster Mission for Southern Dutchess, Monday, May 22nd - Wednesday, May 24th at 7:30 pm. Tuesday night will conclude with Confes-sions, and Wednesday night will have Mass for the Vigil of the Ascension and include the Anointing of the Sick.

MARRIAGE ENRICHMENT MINISTRY Come join us for fun, food and fellowship with other mar-ried couples, 7-9pm, the second Saturday of every month in the Church Meeting Room. Upcoming events: May 13th: Special Workshop: "Is Someone Fighting Dirty?" Are you having the same argument all the time, just with a different topic? POUGHKEEPSIE CHILDREN'S HOME The Children's Home of Poughkeepsie which provides a safe environment for at risk children and aftercare is seeking the following items for their home: X Box 360, X Box 1, Play Station 3 or 4, Wii-U Nintendo and any games used for these gaming systems. These gaming systems must be in excellent and good working condition for the safety of the children. Also needed are diapers and baby wipes. Call 223-6947.

MAY HEALING MASS A healing Mass, with a free flow of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, will be held Tuesday May 2nd at St. Kateri. Praise and worship begins at 7 pm, Mass at 7:30 pm with individual prayers for healing following Mass. All are welcome to this Eastertide celebration of the power and glory of the Risen Christ. CELEBRATE DIVINE MERCY The hour of great mercy will be celebrated at St. Columba Church on Sunday, April 23rd at 3 pm. Sunday, May 14th, is Mother’s Day. On this spe-cial day, we are attentive and generous to those who nurture children from conception to birth, and

for all the years that follow. Catholics give the best gift to their mothers by offering prayers for their mothers at Mass. We want to help you make their names known to us, and also provide beautiful religious Mother’s Day Mass Cards for your use. You are welcome to take one from the table in the nar-thex to sign and give the card, and/or write the names of the women you wish to remember at Mass on that envelope or any other paper. A Mass will be offered for the mothers of our parish and for the mothers of our parishioners, both living and deceased, at our church on Mother’s Day weekend. Returned envelopes will be placed on the altar for the Mass on Mother’s Day.
