Mindful Meditation PracticeAccording to many spiritual traditions, all human beings have an inherent, natural wakefulness which is luminous, free and open. It is unconditional and not dependent on circumstances. We can tap into that spacious, wakeful place to improve energy flow while providing the immediate benefits of stress relief, relaxation, and contentment. This ancient practice transcends religious belief systems with the focus being to simply learn to relax into the present moment and to accept and appreciate ourselves and the world around us. From there we can be compassionate and skillful in our daily lives and relationships. Join Tim and Sally Albert and be introduced to this practice and learn about the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional returns that can contribute to your ongoing self care.
