Becoming a member of the St. Therese Parish brings you into a family of Families, a network of loving individuals called together with a divine purpose—becoming Saints. Come to the Parish Office or visit the Information Desk in the Social Room for a registration packet. If you are new to the area, please stop into the Parish Office and introduce yourself. We look forward to getting to know you!

Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, Lansing: The Hands of Mary Rosary Makers are still busy making rosaries. However, due to Covid we have decided to cancel our annual Fall Gathering at IHM as well as our Gift and bake Fundraisers until further notice. We are able to provide rosary making supplies for anyone wishing to continue making rosaries. We also have many gift items including Holy Land gifts available on an appointment basis. We usually send over 35,000 rosaries a year free to missions all over the world, so donations are greatly appreciated to help keep this ministry alive. Anyone interested may con-tact us at P.O. Box 21175 Lansing, MI 48909 or call IHM at 517-393-3030.
SVDP News Vincentians - It's been a long time since we have had a meeting! We will have our regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 4th at 6:30 p.m. in Fr. Murray Hall. You can participate in person or on Zoom. We will be discussing important matters, such as the logistics of our drive-thru Christmas program, Meijer Simply Give, and our finances. Please attend and provide your valuable input to these discussions. Dave will be providing the link to Zoom participation.
Current pantry needs: chicken noodle soup and chicken ramen noodles
Please pray for Vocations to the Priesthood and Consecrated life. Please also pray for those in Seminary and formation.
November Prayers for Priests sheets are available on the table in the vestibule, please pick one up and support all the priests in our diocese with your prayers.
Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest,
says the Lord. Matthew 11:28

Our Litany of Thanksgiving (November 2020)
All: Loving God, we praise and thank you for calling us to be your
servants. You knitted each of us in our mother’s womb. You gifted
each of us with faith in You, with each other and with the mission of
witnessing to Your love for us. Let Jesus, Your Incarnate Word,
guide us how to BE and BRING You, who are love, to each other.
May Your Holy Spirit give us the will and courage to use Your gifts to
joyfully accomplish Jesus’ work of love, justice and peace.
We entrust the St. Thérèse Parish family to the care of Mary our Mother
and ask St. Thérèse to intercede for each Parishioner:
For immeasurably life-changing, technological and scientific development,
All Respond: We thank God. May it all be accompanied by the development in
human responsibility, values and conscience serving the common good.
For the 1.2 million people worldwide lost to COVID-19 and the gift they were to their families,
All Respond: We thank them and thank our God. May these souls rest in peace.
For St. Therese, the Little Flower, and her parents, Saints Louis & Zelie,
All: We thank them and thank our God.
For Fr. John, pastor of St. Therese Parish,
All Respond: We thank him and thank our God.
For the staff of St. Therese Parish,
All Respond: We thank them and thank our God.
For the charter members of St. Therese Parish, living and deceased,
All Respond: We thank them and thank our God.
For the generous benefactors of St. Therese Parish,
All Respond: We thank them and thank our God.
For the gifted volunteers of St. Therese Parish,
All Respond: We thank them and thank our God.
For the children at St. Therese Parish and their parents,
All: We thank them and thank our God.
For the youth and young adults of St. Therese Parish,
All: We thank them and thank our God.
For the recently deceased of St. Therese Parish and the gift they were to us,
All Respond: We thank them and thank our God. May these souls rest in peace.
For the faithful pray-ers of and for St. Therese Parish,
All Respond: We thank them and thank our God.
All: We make these petitions confident in and through the name of Jesus,
the power of the Holy Spirit and the intercession of St. Thérèse. Amen.

Deployed for Mission
