Set-up first Cement Plant in 1985 with installed capacity of0.6 Mtpa. Today Total Cement Capacity of the Company is27.20 Million ton
Came out with a Public Issue in the year 1984. Listed onNational Stock Exchange (“NSE”) and Bombay Stock Exchange(“BSE”)
Entered in power business with first Captive Power Plant of36 MW in 2003. Today, total Power Capacity is 627 MW.
Total market capitalization of Rs. 56931 Crores as on 21st
July, 2016 and ranked at 37th position among all listedcompanies in India.
Total no of employees in 1985 were around 100. Total No. ofEmployees as on 31st March, 2016 were 5142.
