ABOUT SAE

The Baja SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) is an international level competition

spanning across 6 countries-USA, South Africa, Mexico, Korea, Brazil and India,where engineering students as a team is tasked to design, build, test and promote an

all terrain vehicle that will survive the severe challenges of rough terrain, thus testing

their engineering skills .

BAJA SAE INDIA is the Indian leg of the international event for UG students whose

objective is to accomplish the set task within the limits of the rules, but also to generatefinancial support for the project.

In its 7th year, The BAJA SAE INDIA-ASIA 2014 will feature more than 150 teams

and will be conducted in February 2014 at the NATRAX under the aegis of NATRIP in

Pithampur, in which Team Stratos will participate and with experienced team members

is considered a strong competitor.

and hard work. The team is associated with creation of an ALL TERRAIN
