DemosInterfaces (APIs), and will highlight how the API provides developers with abstracted and simplified interfaces that can be used to define, provision, activate and assure network services across NSP managed networks.
NSP - Analytics and reporting Showcases the analytics and reporting capabilities of NSP. This includes Application Assurance (AA) reporting for residential, business and mobile domains, as well as network and service (N&S) reporting (e.g. for OAM testing, port throughput, and SAP throughput). These NSP17 capabilities shown are enabled by the NFM-P.
NSP - Autonomous System optimizer with traffic steeringShowcases an NSP use case for traffic flow optimization during AS peering link issues. These NSP17 capabilities shown are enabled by the NSP NRC-F flow controller.
NSP - Common assurance applications Provides a tour of the latest feature set in NSP assurance and infrastructure management applications. Enhanced assurance capabilities delivered by common applications in NSP17 benefit from a new and modern user experience. These NSP17 capabilities shown are enabled for any NSP deployment for carrier SDN or network management in IP/MPLS, Ethernet or IP/optical networks as well as for both physical or virtual network domains where applicable.
NSP - Intelligent path computation and optimizationDemonstrates the value of a centralized PCE based path computation and optimization to maximize the utilization of network resources. Shows the creation of dynamic paths based on application demands using the
PCE initiated mechanism. Paths are computed optimally across multiple IGP instances (inter-domain SR/RSVP TE). These NSP17 capabilities shown are enabled by the NRC-P.
NSP - Simulation and maintenance of a TE networkDemonstrates the simulation of a TE network and LSPs discovered by the NRC-P in an offline mode. Shows how the user can disable and alter link metrics to indicate the change in LSP routing. Path computation algorithms such as Bell Labs Self Tuned Adaptive Routing (STAR) and Global Concurrent Optimization (GCO) are demonstrated on newly created or existing LSPs. This will allow the operators to view the impact prior to making changes on the NRC-P. These NSP17 capabilities shown are enabled by the newest NSP module, NRC-S (Simulation).
NSP and Deepfield - Deep SDN optimizations using deep analyticsShowcases a use case for traffic flow optimization using Big Data analytics during peering links congestion situations. The NSP NRC-F flow controller will be used in combination with Deepfield products (CI) to realize this use case.
NSP - Service PortalNSP Service Portal is a service application providing lightweight OSS functionality, supporting customized service provisioning, reporting and analytics. A specific focus is on a new application – Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP). In 1561, Felipe II installed the Royal Court in Madrid. Since
then the city has been capital of Spain. During the Austrian
and Bourbon reign, great works were constructed in Madrid
which turned it into a modern city of grand palaces, museums,
improved roadways and all that a city of that era should have. In
this tour, the visitor will admire the most representative places
of the city. The Royal Palace is located in the privileged site which
housed in the past an arabic fortress. Today it is thought of as
one of the most representative and beautiful buildings in the
city. The Plaza Mayor is one of the most beautiful, most visited
and representative urban enclaves in what is known as the
Austrias Madrid. Conceived as a monumental scenario, its many
balconies looking onto the square have been since its beginnings
privileged boxes for all sorts of multitudinous events. Also known
as the Great Mother or Mother of the Gods, Cybeles is more
than a fountain for the citizens of Madrid. A symbol of the city
throughout the world, no visitor can leave the capital without
having included the beautiful goddess in the list of sights to see.
Registration is available through the event registration process.
The fee to attend is 42€ and includes bus services, English
speaking guide, 1 drink and 1 tapa.
