Queridos hermanos y hermanas,
La muerte es el mayor enemigo de la humanidad, y
en este día, ha sido conquistada. Bastante increíble y
difícil de creer, sin embargo, tenemos que crecer en esa
fe de la bondad y el poder de Dios, de su amor por
nosotros y su presencia trabajando en nuestras vidas.
Las lecturas de Génesis y Éxodo dan cuenta de la bondad
de Dios en la creación, de cómo estamos hechos a la
imagen y semejanza del Señor. Somos reflejos de la
imagen de Dios, con dignidad e inteligencia, capaces de
entrar en una relación con Él. Nada más en la creación
tiene estas cualidades. No somos anónimos o un
accidente en la creación. Por la intención de Dios cada
uno de nosotros tiene un alma divina hecha para amar y
vivir con Él. Hermanos y hermanas, estamos hechos
para la gloria. Salgamos este día confiando más y más
en Dios, dejando el pecado atrás de las aguas de nuestro
bautismo, viviendo para Él todos los días para que
nosotros también podamos ascender en gloria con Él.
Hoy ha resucitado el Señor, regocijémonos y
alegrémonos. ¡Aleluya! ¡Aleluya!
