The Giving Tree Collection, This Week, November 17 & 18
For many years now our parish has participated magnificently in the Giving Tree collection, to benefit needy children at Christmas. Again this year, we will take up a special second collection this week,
November 17th/18th.
The proceeds of this collection will help purchase specific toys and gifts for children in the lake parishes of Pahokee and Belle Glade, as well as our own parish community of St. Christopher. So, let us all pull together again this year and gladden the heart of a child.

will be hosting a bake sale after all the Masses in the Hospitality Room. You won’t want to miss it!!

IF SO, Join us in our 16th year of Scripture Study as we investigate "The Letter to the Hebrews".
The letter is arguably the greatest Christian sermon ever preached or written. The author described his work as a "Message of
Encouragement". Just What We Need !! Our study will begin on Tuesday, Jan 22nd and
continue every Tuesday for the next 8 weeks ending on March 5th. You have a choice of 2 sessions the first after
AM Mass at 9:30am till 11am and in the evening from 7pm till 8:30pm. Morning sessions are in the large hall behind the church and the evening class will be held in the Hospitality
room across from the office. There is a $20 fee for books and study aides.

CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS EVE PAGEANT MONDAY, DECEMBER 24

Rehearsals for the music and play portion of the children’s
Christmas Pageant will be as follows:
Thursday, December 6th, 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
This will be a rehearsal for the play portion only and will be in the church.
Tuesday, December 11
th, 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the church.
This will be a rehearsal for the music and the play portion.
Wednesday, December 19th, 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. This will be a dress rehearsal and will be held in the church.
All children are invited to sing in the choir.
