Compassion is the quality of be aware of someone’s suffering and having the desire to help them. Compassion is not a pity, instead we hold people with compassion because we can.

How can you be Compassionate?

You can be compassionate by doing simple things like donating money to those in need. You can also go out in the community and help people or do service work, there is a ton you can do. Every small thing can make a difference.

Who is a Compassionate Person?

A compassionate person is a person who notices what is going on around them, so that the can protect all the peace of all places. A compassionate person is kind, caring, and giving person. They are peaceful to others.

Compassionate listening is when our school listens to a speaker, a refugee who has gone through suffering and pain just to get to America, and how they feel.We listen and try to understand the suffering that they have gone through. We are in their shoes.
