Our PaperWave BIO films are highly developed special films,combining the advantages of paper filling and air cushion film. But air is added to the paper filling, thus reducing material usage by approx. 85 – 90%.

Tegrabond tapes are made of sturdy kraft paper that creates a smooth, crease-free seal that blends permanently with the cardboard surface of the carton.

Tegrabond water activated tapes also require substantially less tape than pressure sensitive tapes to effectively seal a carton, resulting in a more professional presentation at a lower overall cost.

An Integral ClosureThe adhesives in Tegrabond wateractivated tape penetrate into the fibres of the carton, creating a totalbond. As the tape becomes an integral part of the carton this addsconsiderable strength and security to the closure. Adhesives used on conventional pressure sensitive packing tapes remain ‘wet’ and will lose adhesion with time or when subjected to extremetemperature or humidity.

>Soft WrappingIf an automated system is used to apply stretch film to a square sided pallet load, although the film tension remains constant as it emerges from the system, applied tension will be higher at the corners of the load due to their being nearer to the dispensing head. This can cause distortion and even damage if the tension at

the corners is too high. A soft wrapping function compensates for the load profile to provide more consistent applied tension at all areas of the wrap.

>Power Pre-stretchBy applying tension to stretch film between leaving the roll and being applied to the pallet can extend its length by up to four times, meaning a 75% reduction in film usage, and because the film is under tension before it is applied, as it contracts it holds thepalletised load more securely.
