Borrowing Books ALL students must have a bag to borrow books from the library. There are so many different inexpensive bags around. Remembering to bring a bag is part of being responsible. Looking after books a showing respect for shared property. We want all children to be able to enjoy the wide selection of books we have in or library. Thank you for your assistance in this area of learning. Have a great week.

The Power of YET Kindergarten students have been discussing the word ‘yet’ and the power it has on our learning. We have been talking about what we have already learnt how to do and what we are going to try to learn over Term 2. We know that some things come easily in our learning where as some things are harder and we need to work on them. We may know how to do some things but there are others that we don’t know how to do yet. We are learning that it is okay to not know how to do things yet and with hard work we will get closer to achieving our learning goals.

Show Excursion Kindergarten students will have the opportunity to go to the Dubbo show on Friday the 24th of May. Students will be given a permission note with all details included by their classroom teachers. All notes and money are to be returned to school by Friday the 17th of May. Please ensure that any money sent in to school is in a labelled envelope. If there are any parents that would like to come along with us for the morning to assist teachers with students as they move around the exhibits, we greatly welcome your assistance! Please let your classroom teacher know if you can help. On the day you can meet us at the Fitzroy St entrance to the showground.

P & C News Donations are now being accepted in the office for our Mothers Day Stall to be held this Thursday 9th May. Gifts up to $5 will be available for purchase on the day.
