“Many members of Bays Mountain Astronomy Club (BCMA) teamed up with around a dozen fac-ulty and students at East Tennessee State Univer-sity at the athletic !ield on the west side of campus. Dr Gary Henson (ETSU instructor, Observatory Director and Planetarium Director) furnished several 8-in telescopes with white light !ilters, four Personal Solar Telescopes and other scopes for projecting the Sun’s image.
