The Knights will hand out tootsie rolls after Mass the weekend of September 29 and 30. The Knights earn half of the money raised and then donate that money to the Cathedral Special Ed program and Villa Marie School. LOTW/SINE Reunion The LOTW/SINE Reunion is Thursday, September 20. Mass for all deceased members of LOTW/SINE is at 6pm, followed by dinner in Rectors Hall (free will offering). Fr. Wylie will give his witness talk at 8pm. The film’s title reflects that in an abortion culture, there is a reluctance and refusal of even health organizations including National Cancer Institute to acknowledge the higher incidence of breast cancer among women/ mothers who abort. The 1 hour 40 minute film is free of charge and open to the public. Relic Saints at Spirit Catholic Radio The Lincoln Spirit Catholic Radio Station (630 N Cotner Blvd. Ste. 101) currently has a First Class relic of St. Isidore of Seville on display for veneration on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am-4pm until Sept. 26. All are welcome to stop by the station! EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES The Cathedral Eaglet Nature Explore Preschool Program is hiring an aide for their Eaglet II classes. This position is M, W, F from 7:45am-3:45pm. Duties include assisting lead teacher, Mrs. Elizabeth Izquierdo, with all preschool planning, classroom set-up (outside and inside), kindergarten preparation, lunch and snack duties, and classroom instruction. Experience with an education team, interest in a faith-centered community, and openness to a nature-based approach are preferred.
