    >> The Radical Game is a creative technique in form of a management game in which the

    most innovative and radical micro-trends (=best practice innovations) are creatively

    linked and combined to gain new ideas and concepts in an open, creative games setting.

    AIM

    >> The aim of the Radical Game is to help participants to develop creative and innovative

    ideas for their businesses.

    RADICAL GAMEHOW TO PLAY

    >> RADICAL GAME

    Creative session

    4 players per team (e.g. if you play with 40 participants, there will be 10 teams)

    20 radical cards per team each card resembling one micro-trend of the keynote speech

    60-90 Minutes

    >> INSPIRATION

    Keynote and trend presentation by TrendONE about to charge participants up with current

    innovations and micro-trends

    >> Its not about winning or loosing, its about sharing and building new ideas!

    CREATIVE GAME

    >> Each team uses the stack of radical cards like playing cards. Now the heat is on!

    >> Lay open your stack of cards, so that all your team-mates can see and maybe use them.

    >> One person has to start an innovation chain playing a card and coming-up with an

    idea how to combine it with another card.

    >> Go on and develop the next new idea chain...

    >> Now everyone can react and combine the existing idea with other playing cards.

    >> Fill out a one-pager with your idea.

    RADICAL GAMEEVALUATION // RESULTS

    ELEVATOR PITCH

    >> Each idea is presented in front of the whole group in an elevator-pitch (60 sec. max.!).

    EVALUATION PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE THE TREND IS

    >> All ideas are being evaluated by the participants. The top 3 ideas are being awarded.

    RESULTS

    >> At the end of a Radical Game the participants have collectively developed 3 or more

    ideas, which can be taken to the next level.
