1. Minimum Processing Fees (Non-Refundable):Rs 10,000/- & it’s multiple.2. LPDC Registration Charge: Rs 1000/-

Monthly Maintenance Charge (MMC) Details:  Local Promotional & Distribution Center (LPDC) can choose any one of following 4 ways for getting MMC (Monthly Maintenance Charge) * :

(i) MONTHLY : LPDC will get  @12 % as MMC of Processing Fees every month for 15 months agreement*.

 (ii) QUARTERLY: LPDC will get @13 % as MMC of Processing Fees every 3-month

for 15 months agreement *. (iii) HALF YEARLY: LPDC will get half-yearly @14% per month as MMC of

Processing Fees for 15 months agreement*.  3 Post Dated Cheques will be issued. (1st. Chq. can be en-cashed on 6th. month, 2nd. chq. on 12th. month and last i.e. 3rd. chq. can be en-cashed on 15th. month)*.

(iv) ONETIME : If LPDC wants to get as MMC onetime after full tenure of 15 months agreement just like Fixed Deposit, then monthly @15 % of Processing Fees will be given after expiry of 15 months agreement*.

“SECURITY OF LPDC Processing Fees”

• Customer will get the following documents in his registered address within two weeks of online registration :-
