KATA PENGANTAR

Publikasi Statistik Perusahaan Hortikultura Tahun 2013 merupakan kelanjutan dari publikasi Statistik Perusahaan Hortikultura 2012/2013 yang menyajikan jumlah tenaga kerja, sarana produksi, jumlah dan nilai produksi, nama, alamat, badan hukum, contact person, dan komoditi yang diusahakan Perusahaan Hortikultura.

Diharapkan publikasi ini dapat lebih memperkaya keanekaragaman data hortikultura dan berguna untuk membantu semua pihak yang memerlukan informasi tentang keberadaan dan kegiatan perusahaan hortikultura. Publikasi ini juga dapat digunakan sebagai kerangka sampel (sampling frame) bagi pengumpulan data selanjutnya dan melihat potensi wilayah yang terkait dengan perusahaan hortikultura.

PREFACE

Stastistics of Horticulture Establishment 2013 is a continuation of Statis-tics Horticulture Establishment published in 2012/2013 which provides number of worker, cost of production, production and value of production, name, addresses, law corporation, contact person, and type of plant cultivate by Horticulture Establish-ment.

We hope that this publication could enrich the variation of horticulture data and help data user in obtaining more information about horticulture establishment. This directory could also be used as a framework (sampling frame) for further data collection and understanding the potential area related to horticulture establish-ment. We thank all parties who have given their contribution to this publication. Critics and comments are needed to improve our next publication.

PENJELASAN EXPLANATION

1. Pendahuluan

Perusahaan hortikultura adalah

suatu perusahaan berbentuk badan

usaha atau badan hukum yang bergerak

dalam bidang budidaya atau pembibitan

tanaman sayuran, buah - buahan,

tanaman hias dan tanaman biofarmaka

di atas lahan yang dikuasai dengan

tujuan sebagian atau seluruhnya dijual

(ekonomi atau komersial). Perusahaan

hortikultura termasuk pula perusahaan

perkebunan yang mengusahakan

budidaya tanaman hortikultura, serta

perusahaan industri yang melakukan

budidaya tanaman hortikultura untuk

memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku.

2. Cakupan

Survei Perusahaan Hortikultura

dilakukan setiap tahun dan data

yang dikumpulkan meliputi nama

perusahaan hortikultura, status

badan hukum, jenis komoditas yang

diusahakan, luas lahan yang diusahakan

untuk tanaman hortikultura, jumlah

tenaga kerja, dan rata-rata nilai

produksi dan sarana produksi.

is an incorporated business/legal

entity establishment engaged in the

cultivation/breeding of vegetable crops,

fruits, ornamental plants and medicinal

plants on land that is controlled with

the goal of economical/commercial.

Horticultural establishment, includes

plantations establishment which pursue

the cultivation of horticultural crops

and industrial establishment conducting

horticultural cultivation to fulfill the

needs of raw material.

2. CoverageHorticulture Establishment Survey is

conducted annually and the data collected

covers name of horticultural establishments,

legal status, types of commodities, area of

land uses for horticulture business, number of

worker, and the average value of production

and cost of production.

3. Metodologi

a. Direktori Perusahaan Hortikultura

Direktori Perusahaan

Hortikultura disusun berdasarkan

hasil up dating Direktori

Perusahaan Pertanian 2012 (DPP

2012) yang selanjutnya dilakukan

pemutakhiran (up dating) setiap

tahun. Pemutakhiran (Up dating)

diawali dengan kegiatan pengutipan

dan pencocokan (matching)

daftar nama perusahaan yang

ada di BPS dengan Kementerian

Pertanian maupun instansi terkait

serta sumber informasi lainnya.

Kegiatan pemutakhiran (up

dating) ini dilakukan di BPS-RI,

BPS Propinsi dan BPS Kabupaten/

Kota sehingga diperoleh Daftar

Nama dan Alamat (Direktori)

Perusahaan Hortikultura terbaru.

Direktori terbaru ini selanjutnya

yang akan digunakan sebagai dasar

pengecekan lapang oleh pencacah

untuk tahun berikutnya.

b. Pengecekan lapang

Pengecekan lapang dilakukan

untuk mengidentifikasi apakah

perusahaan-perusahaan yang

ada dalam Direktori masih aktif,

sementara tidak aktif, pindah

alamat atau tutup.

3. Methodologya. Directory of Horticultural

Establishment

Directory of Horticultural

Establishment is based on

updating Directori of Agrucultural

Establishment 2012 and then updates

each year. Up-dating is started

with the activities of citations and

matching a list of names of existing

establishment in BPS with the

Ministry of Agriculture and related

agencies as well as other information

sources. Up-dating activities is

done in BPS-RI, BPS Province

and the BPS district in order to

obtain the latest list of horticulture

establishment, This new list then to

be used as a basis for field checking

by the enumerator for the following

year.

b. Field Checking

Field checking is conducted to

identify whether the establishment in

Directory are still active, temporarily

not active, move to other place, or

close/inactive.

c. Pencacahan

Pencacahan dilakukan untuk

memperoleh data rinci perusahaan.

Pencacahan hanya dilakukan

pada perusahaan yang memenuhi

persyaratan berdasarkan hasil

pengecekan lapang sebagai

perusahaan hortikultura yang

masih aktif melakukan usaha.

4. Dokumen yang Digunakan

a. CL-HORTI

Dokumen ini digunakan

untuk pengecekan lapang dalam

mengidentifikasi status aktif

perusahaan. Waktu pengumpulan

Januari - Maret.

b. VP-HORTI


untuk pencacahan perusahaan

hortikultura yang masih aktif.

Waktu pengumpulan April - Juli.

c. CPH-Prop


untuk mencatat calon Perusahaan

Hortikultura yang akan di cek pada

tahun berikutnya, pada tingkat

Propinsi. Waktu pengumpulan

April Mei.

untuk mencatat calon Perusahaan

5. Organisasi Pengumpulan Data

Pengecekan lapang dan pencacahan

perusahaan hortikultura di tingkat

kabupaten/kota dilakukan oleh

Koordinator Statistik Kecamatan (KSK)

atau staf BPS Kabupaten/Kota yang

kemudian hasilnya dikumpulkan di BPS

Propinsi. Kegiatan pemutakhiran (up

dating) di tingkat propinsi dilakukan

oleh staf BPS Propinsi dengan

menggunakan Daftar CPH-Prop

sedangkan di tingkat kabupaten/kota

dilakukan oleh staf BPS Kabupaten/

Kota dengan menggunakan Daftar

CPH-Kab. Pengisian masing-masing

daftar dibuat 2 (dua) rangkap, 1 (satu)

rangkap untuk disimpan di BPS

Propinsi dan 1 (satu) rangkap untuk

dikirim ke BPS-RI.

6. Pengolahan

Pengolahan semua dokumen

Perusahaan Hortikultura dilakukan

di BPS-RI mulai dari penerimaan,

batching, editing, dan data entri.

Publikasi Statistik Perusahaan

Hortikultura ini merupakan hasil

establishment which will be

enumerated in the following year,

in district level. Collected in April

May.

5. Organization of data collectionField Checking and enumeration of

horticultural establishment in district

level is done by District Statistical

Coordinator (KSK) or the staff of BPS

Regency/Municipality, then the results

are collected in BPS Province. Up-

dating activities at the provincial level is

conducted by BPS staff using CPH-Prop

while at district level is conducted by the

staff of BPS Regency/Municipality using

CPH-Kab. Completion of each document

is made for 2 (two) copies, 1 (one) copy

to be stored in the BPS Province and 1

(one) copy to be sent to BPS-RI.

6. ProcessingAll documents of Horticultural

Establishment are processed in BPS-RI

Headquarter include receiving, batching,

editing, and entry data. Directory of

Horticulture Establishment in this

publication was result of processing CL-

pengolahan kuesioner CL-HORTI

tahun 2013 yang berisi daftar nama

perusahaan yang masih aktif hingga

tahun 2013, sedangkan luas lahan yang

digunakan untuk usaha hortikultura,

jumlah pekerja, dan rata-rata nilai

dan presentase produksi dan sarana

produksi (tabel 5 sampai dengan

tabel 12.4.b.) adalah hasil pengolahan

kuesioner VP-HORTI tahun 2012.

7. Konsep dan Definisi

Konsep dan definisi yang disajikan

berkaitan dengan variabel yang ada

pada kuesioner CL-HORTI dan VP-

HORTI.

Hortikultura adalah kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan proses perencanaan,

pengembangan, perlindungan, usaha,

pemberdayaan dan pembiayaan yang

berhubungan dengan tanaman buah-

buahan, sayuran, tanaman hias, dan

tanaman biofarmaka.

Perusahaan adalah setiap bentuk usaha yang menjalankan jenis usaha

yang bersifat tetap, terus menerus, yang

didirikan, bekerja dan berkedudukan

dalam wilayah Indonesia, untuk tujuan

memperoleh keuntungan laba.

HORTI 2013 document that listed the

names of establishment which are still

active until 2013, while land area used

for horticultural businesses, number

of workers, and average value and

percentage of production and production

facilities (table 5 until table 12.4.b.) is

the result of processing VP-HORTI 2012

document.

7. Concepts and DefinitionsConcepts and definitions that are

presented related to variables in form of

CL-HORTI and VP-HORTI.

Horticulture is an activity related to the process of planning, development,

protection, business, empowerment,

and funding related to fruits plants,

vegetables plants, ornamental plants,

and medicinal plants.

Establishment is every business form that carried out the business with

permanent characteristic, continuous,

which is established, worked and located

in Indonesian region, with the objection

to obtain benefit/profit.

Perusahaan hortikultura adalah perusahaan berbadan hukum yang

melakukan budidaya tanaman

hortikultura dan menguasai lahan

untuk budidaya tanaman hortikultura.

Budidaya adalah kegiatan yang meliputi pengolahan lahan,

penanaman, pemeliharaan, dan

pemanenan. Perusahaan hortikultura

dikatakan melakukan budidaya apabila

minimal melakukan pemeliharaan

yang antara lain melakukan

pemupukan, penyiraman, penyiangan,

dan penanganan OPT (Organisme

Pengganggu Tanaman).

Tanaman Hortikultura meliputi :

Tanaman buah-buahan semusim adalah tanaman sumber vitamin,

mineral, dan lain-lain yang dikonsumsi

dari bagian tanaman berupa buah,

berumur kurang dari satu tahun, dapat

berbentuk rumpun, menjalar dan

berbatang lunak. Tanaman ini terdiri

dari melon, semangka, blewah, dan

stroberi.

Tanaman buah-buahan tahunan adalah tanaman sumber vitamin,

dari bagian tanaman berupa buah

dan berumur lebih dari satu tahun,

umumnya dapat dikonsumsi tanpa

dimasak terlebih dahulu (dikonsumsi

segar). Yang termasuk kelompok

tanaman ini misalnya mangga,

manggis, rambutan, duku/langsat/

kokosan, sukun, pepaya, sawo, jambu

biji, jambu air, belimbing, nangka,

sirsak, markisa, jeruk, anggur, salak,

nenas, apel, dan pisang.

Tanaman sayuran semusim adalah tanaman sumber vitamin, mineral, dan

lain-lain yang dikonsumsi dari bagian

tanaman yang berupa daun, bunga,

buah, dan umbinya yang berumur

kurang dari satu tahun, terdiri dari

bawang merah, bawang putih, bawang

daun, kentang, kol/kubis, kembang

kol, petsai/sawi, wortel, lobak, kacang

merah, kacang panjang, cabai besar,

cabai rawit, paprika, jamur, tomat,

terung, buncis, ketimun, labu siam,

kangkung, dan bayam.

Tanaman sayuran tahunan adalah tanaman sumber vitamin ,mineral dan

lain-lain yang dikonsumsi dari bagian

tanaman berupa daun dan atau buah,

berumur lebih dari satu tahun,serta

mineral salt, etc., which consumed

from part of plant in the form of fruits

and more than one year of age. This

group consist of : mango, mangosteen,

rambutan, duku, breadfruit, papaya,

Direktori Perusahaan Hortikultura pada

publikasi ini terdiri dari 3 bagian, yaitu

direktori perusahaan berbadan hukum,

direktori kantor pusat dan direktori usaha

pertanian lainnya.

Jumlah perusahaan hortikultura tahun

2013 sebanyak 198 perusahaan, turun

sebesar 38,89 persen (126 perusahaan)

dibandingkan tahun 2012. Penyebab

penurunan ini adalah adanya perusahaan

yang tutup dan perubahan kategori

perusahaan menjadi usaha pertanian

Horticulture establishments in 2013

persen, perusahaan tanaman sayur sebesar

29,29 persen, perusahaan tanaman obat

sebesar 3,54 persen, dan perusahaan yang

mengusahakan lebih dari satu kelompok

komoditas sebesar 0,51 persen.
