Travel from the lower mainland to Osoyoos via the Hope-Princeton Highway. Take in this scenic highway through Manning Provincial Park and onward to your destination. The Watermark is always a favourite destination on our annual Okanagan getaway! Each suite at the resort offers a view of Osoyoos Lake. Dinner tonight is at the resort on their patio with a terrific view of the lake. (weather permitting) Day Two: Osoyoos Meals: B, D Depart from the resort for a drive along the famed Golden Mile and Black Sage Road winegrowing district, named for its rich history of farming that dates back to the early 1900’s. Partake in wine tasting at Silver Sage Winery, as you learn about the world of wine and food from Silver Sage's perspective. Visit Hester Creek Winery, one of the pioneers of the Golden Mile Bench. Enjoy the wine and amazing view. The afternoon is yours to take in the amenities of the resort or stroll along the lake. Continue exploring with a dinner at the award winning Nk’Mip Cellars for a food and wine pairing extravaganza. From the patio, revel in spectacular views of Osoyoos Lake, the natural desert land, surrounding vineyards and orchards. Day Three: Osoyoos Meals: B, L This morning get off the beaten path and experience wine country at its finest at Liquidity Winery & Bistro, near Okanagan Falls. This winery is nestled between the stunning vistas of Lakes Vaseux and Skaha in the unique landscape of BC’s Okanagan Valley. Liquidity has been producing and selling award-winning grape varietals to well known BC wineries for over 20 years. Enjoy the unsurpassed panoramic views while savouring a wine pairing lunch. After lunch stop in and sample wine at Noble Ridge Winery, while gazing at stunning images of the lake and vineyards. Day Four: Osoyoos – Vancouver Meals: B, L After a leisurely morning travel back through the magic of the Similkameen Valley to Vancouver. En route tolunch in Princeton visit Canada’s first energy efficient strawbale winery, the Orofino Winery located in the heart of the Cawston, the organic fruit capital of BC.
