•  Daily collection of D2D segregated waste by PK - 100% coverage  (Door to door and Petty shops ) •  Apartments under 50 units who leave segregated waste separately in 2 bins will have waste collected from common point

•  Waste in plastic bag NOT accepted and mixed waste not accepted 2 days a week dry waste collection by PK. Penalties levied for non-compliance

•  Monitoring at Collection Points to transfer waste from small to larger vehicle : nGOG method to be deployed (no Garbage on Ground) • No Black spots and visual cleanliness to improve •  Street litter bins clearance and street sweepings separated at source • Twice daily clearance in key areas

•  Independent Third party monitoring and data analytics to improve system and scale to City •  Escalation of problems : Kasa Muktha Mentor –named BBMP senior official
