Introduction
Before Beginning, Understand:
Multiple methods of performing many of this phone‟s functions
This tutorial covers the most convenient and used methods
When dialing a number for any reason (normal dial, conference add, transfer, etc.), you may dial
either a full phone number (i.e. 555-5555) or the local extension of a phone within your office
(i.e. 4002)
when dialing a number for any reason (normal dial, conference add, transfer, etc.), the
“Backspace” and “Cancel” options will appear as two of the different soft keys, but in different
positions depending on the function being performed
Pressing the “Backspace” key will delete one number at a time from the number you are
currently dialing
Pressing the “Cancel” key will cancel the function that you are currently attempting to perform
and return you to the previous menu
For instance, if you are in the process of entering a number that you wish to add to your
conference call and you press cancel, you will return to the previous menu and the
other user(s) connected to the conference call or pending conference call will be
removed from the “hold” state and placed back into the “picked-up” state
