The Misadventures of a Not-Necessarily Super Hero
Leaper
By Geoffrey Wood
Tuesday, March 15, 2016
6:30 8:30 PM
Parish Center
What if one day suddenly, inexplicably, you discover you
have a superpower? And what if its not a very good super-
power, like flying or super strength, and you have no idea
what you are supposed to do?
Insightful, humorous, well-written, with a lemony-fresh
smell, Leaper delves into faith, its many questions and quag-
mires, inside the crazy world of an erstwhile superhero try-
ing to make sense of his life and his newfound gift. This
book is a gift to every single one of us who finds Jesus at our
side and doesnt quite know what to do with Him.

THIRD SUNDAY OF LENT
Encyclical on the Environment
In his recent encyclical on caring for all creation, Pope
Francis highlights overconsumption and excessive eco-
nomic development as the primary causes of the de-
struction of our common home. With him, let us pray to
discover the worth in each thing and to embody that
discovery by buying less and recycling our possessions
when we no longer need them.
