Basic Infrastructure & Design Elements

Storm Drains

•adjust or redesign to accommodate for adequate storm water runoff

•initiate a stewardship maintenance program

Sidewalks

•create infill where needed for better pedestrian access

•Street trees and shrubs installed for curb appeal

•install ramps as required by ADA

Crosswalks

•install Flashing Beacons to warn oncoming traffic

•coordinate bus stops to match up with crosswalks

•adjust traffic signals to accommodate for elderly, children, handicapped
