Introduction

Google car is a vehicle equipped with an autopilot system that is capable of driving from one point to another without guidance by a human operator.

The Google Driverless Car is a project by Google that involves developing technology for driverless cars.

work by simulating human perception and decision-making during steering of a car via advanced computer software linked to a range of sensors such as cameras, radar and GPS.

Google lobbied for two bills that made Nevada the first state where driverless vehicles can be legally operated on public roads.

Increasing roadway capacity by reducing the distances between cars and better managing traffic flow

Relieving vehicle occupants from driving and navigating chores, so allowing them to concentrate on other tasks or to rest during their journeys
