This Associatlon is chbartered for the purpose ol furnishing its members each witlh a Piano-Forte of the fi st class, with all the modern improvements at the cost of manufacture-to be paid for in
monthly installments of $L. All funds, as fast as recelved for subscriptions or otherwise, to be in vested in Plano-fortes; which atleast once in each month are to be distributed to such members as will pay the highest premium for possession of an instrument at once, the sald premiutn to be paid on delivery.of the Piano-forte, alttr whliel only $10 per month-w Ibe required, until the lnstrumiient is pald for at the orlilnal cost.
Non-subscrlbers of the Assoclation Nvho wish to avail themselves of its advantages in getting its Piano-fortes can do so by paylng in cash the cost of an Instrument and an advance of $10.
By the foregoing it Ivill be seen-:
1st. That you are sure of egttlng a first-class Plano-forte-warranted In every particular-at the lowest possible price-sayat $360, which class of instrtiments are generally sold at $600.
2nd. That you can get an instrument costing $360 at once by paying a small premium of perhaps $20 to $30, and the installment of $10 per monith aftorwards until the $360 is paid, whlich is less than an instrumnent of t.e same class can be rented.
3d, That there can be no risic, as all moneys are invested in Piano-fortes as fast as received, wlhlch are distributed to the subscribers montlhly, hence It Is one of the safest inst.tutions in the country.
4th, That one-hailf the premium paid for the immediate possessiOI of the instrument, will prob ably be sufficient to pay all expenses-office-hlire advertising-printing, and Interest oa money ad vanced, &o.
Cth. That as all the faunds for promiimns and profits on instruments. sold to non-subscribers, after paying expenses, go into the gener.l ftund consequently, as it belongs cqually to every sub scriber, those wlho clhoose to wait for tlheir iustrn
