RULES & REGULATION

OVERVIEW

1. To make all attedance (both ICX people and OGX people) understand the flow of this Matching Mania

2. To create conducive and effective Matching Mania

3. To make the matching process going faster.

1. All Exchange Participants, Exchange Participant Managers, and/or Vice President of oGIP must register themselves for attending “Indonesia Matching Mania March 2015” by sending email to renita.ayuningtyas@aiesec.net with format,

• Subject of email: Register Matching Mania March 2015• Content of email: Full name, AIESEC Entity_Country, Role, Skype ID

E.g: Name : Renita AyuningtyasEntity : AIESEC PU, IndonesiaRole : Exchange ParticipantSkype ID : renitatyas

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: FRIDAY, 20th MARCH 2015 at 22.00 GMT +7

2. Please come in time to the site of Matching Mania: http://tinyurl.com/MatchingManiaIndonesia-IGIPSaturday, 21st March 2015 at 19.00 GMT +7

3. OGX side only can promote themselves during the matching mania after ICX side promote their opportunities.

3. ICX side will promote their opportunities in the beginning of Matching Mania after opening remark from “Host”.
