Getting StartedYou can sign up for MobilePASS login directly via “My Settings” on CitiDirect BE, which will trigger a request for your Security Manager to authorize on your behalf. You may also simply ask your Security Manager to entitle you for the new login method. Either way, once your entitlement is complete, you will need to:
• Download the “SafeNet MobilePASS” application on your smart phone from the App Store,® BlackBerry® World® Storefront, Google Play™ or Windows Store.
• Create your CitiDirect BE login profile using activation information provided by Citi.
• Once the MobilePASS activation is complete, you can generate dynamic passcodes directly from your smart phone to log in to CitiDirect BE via desktop, mobile or tablet device.
Optimized Security MobilePASS combines the security of two-factor authentication with the convenience of dynamic passcodes generated on mobile devices. Additionally, because you no longer rely on a hardware token that you leave in your desk drawer, MobilePASS also reduces the risk of your credentials being shared. Furthermore, you can leverage additional mobile device security features (e.g., PIN, Swipe, Fingerprint) to further secure the MobilePASS application.
