ERF 2019 Registration Guidelines
Part I. New Participant Registration
This part is a step-by-step tutorial how to register a new participant for ERF 2019 conference. If you are already
registered, you may skip to Part II (Abstract Submission) or Part III (Finish Registration & Payment).
1. Go to official ERF 2019 website (http://erf2019.pw.edu.pl) and select "Registration" in main menu. You may also
select direct link: http://erf2019.pw.edu.pl/registration
2. Select a link titled "Register a new participant account here". You may also copy it from this document:

3. Fill the form with appropriate data. You must provide your category, email and chose your password. Press
"Continue" button. You will see the following page:
4. Fill the form with appropriate data (personal data and affiliation). Press "Continue" button. You will see the following
page:
5. Select the annotations (the first one is mandatory due to European Law, otherwise we cannot store your data and
therefore process your application). Press "Finish" button. You will receive an email "Registration Confirmation" and
see the following page:
6. Now you are registered. You may select one of the four actions listed in the above screen. You do not have to do
that at once. You may return here later to continue.
Part II. Abstract Submission
This part describes how to submit an abstract. It assumes that you have already register as a participant (Part I)
1. Go to official ERF 2019 website (http://erf2019.pw.edu.pl) and select "Registration" in main menu. You may also
select direct link: http://erf2019.pw.edu.pl/registration
2. Select a link titled " Login to your account here". You may also copy it from this document:

3. After you login you will see message box (with two key options and cancel):

4. Press "Submit new abstract" button. You will see an abstract submission page:
5. The process consists of several steps (tabs). Press "Continue" button. You will see a page with author details. You
may fill the data or simply press "Add myself as an author" button. Your personal data entered during registration
will be used when the button is pressed. Press "Continue" button.
6. The next page is to upload a file. Enter the title of your paper and upload an abstract (pdf file). Press "Continue"
button.
7. Now you have to select a session (list available here: http://erf2019.pw.edu.pl/info-for-authors) from a drop down
list and decide whether you wish to save or submit your abstract.
8. To save the abstract press "Save abstract" button. You may edit it in the future (remember: if you select this option,
your abstract is saved on your account only, IT IS NOT SUBMITTED). You will receive an email "Confirmation of saved
abstract". You must come back later (login again and go to "Abstract" available in left menu to submit it).
To submit the abstract press "Save & submit abstract" button. You will receive an email "Confirmation of abstract
submission".
9. No matter which option was selected you will be directed to "List of abstracts" page. You may verify if everything is
fine. You will see your saved and/or submitted abstract(s). You may also check your personal data ("Participants" in
left menu).
10. After you finish you have to logout (button marked with red arrow above). Now you are ready to finish your
registration and pay (Part III).
Part III. Finish Registration & Payment
This part describes how to submit an abstract and pay for the conference. It assumes that you have already register as
a participant (Part I)
1. Go to official ERF 2019 website (http://erf2019.pw.edu.pl) and select "Registration" in main menu. You may also
select direct link: http://erf2019.pw.edu.pl/registration
2. Select a link titled " Login to your account here". You may also copy it from this document:

3. After you login you will see message box (with two key options and cancel):

4. Press "Finish registration" button or click "Pay on-line". You will see the charge selection page. You must select an
amount to be paid according to your category and currency you prefer to pay (EUR or PLN). Important: If you decide
to pay Polish Zloty it can be made by bank transfer only. Euro payments are possible both online (credit card) and
by bank transfer. Press "Continue" button.
5. On the next screen select your preferred payment method (bank transfer or online payment with credit card).
Remember that online payment is available for Euro only. If online payment is selected, you will be asked for
additional data: name as it appears on your card. Press "Continue" button.
6. On the next screen select weather you want to receive an invoice. If yes fill the buyer's data. You may use "Copy
institution's data" if it is the same as what you wish to have on the invoice. Next add payment(s) that must appear
on the invoice (left side of the screen). Press "Continue" button.
7. On the next screen check if everything is correct. Select the annotations (the first one is mandatory due to European
Law, otherwise we cannot store your data and therefore process your application). Press "Finish" button. You will
receive an email "Finishing registration".
8. If you selected online payment (as presented in examples above) you will be redirected to the PayU service (our
online payment partner). Fill all the required fields (name, card details), pay and the process is finished.
