Sales activity executionExecution of the Planned sales activities are built & made
available on mobile devices (Phones, Tablets) so as to enable
Sales executives leverage information & carry out business
transactions real time
The functionality is available on all supported devices and OS
via Salesforce1 application
The planned activities for Sales executive are listed in a
simple calendared list view.
Upon selection of any of the client; a 360O view of the client
info is provided to the executive
They can view, update and create contacts, Activities/ Tasks,
Complaints, Sales Orders & Delivery Orders.
In order to perform these business transactions, executives
need to “check in” which also records the geo-coordinates of
the activity enabling quick verification of the visits
The list of activities can be extended and additional features

Managing Promotions/ Schemes
Recognizes that there are scenarios needing the
creation of promotional schemes.
The App provides a very flexible model to setup
schemes (e.g., Discounts, Free of Change material
promotions, etc.). These schemes can be setup to
apply for various criteria (e.g., Total Order amount,
Sales volume, Client category, etc.)
Once these schemes are setup; active Schemes that
are applicable to a particular order are displayed to
the Sales executive who can easily apply the same to
the order
