Need Unify the messaging infrastructure and user interfaces of multiple ticketing/messaging

systems used by Client.

Marlabs Solution One Console is a Dashboard Application which has several widgets such as FM Dashboard,

TT Dashboard, GIS Widget, FM Summary, TT Summary, etc…

The user could track a Fault Message (FM), or Trouble Ticket (TT) as a grid view and in the

location in map.

Also several actions could be performed on the grid view data such as: Acknowledge, Clear,

Validate, Associate etc.

Marlabs overcame many challenges in this projects like heavy load and edge condition

latency, supporting of dynamic plug-in features, The data coming from different systems to

support standard formats, The entire data/messages should be available to the end users

Marlabs Solution: STORC is a web-based application used to retrieve/update information pertaining to a telephone number from the

telephone switch. Information can be compared with billing and ordering systems. Reports are generated using JDBC to monitor switch
