Community Security Service (CSS) CSS is a fully volunteer-based apolitical and non-denominational

Jewish Spousal Loss Group The Shira Ruskay Center invites you to share the journey of loss while
gaining strength from each other and drawing solace from Jewish spiritual
texts. The group will meet for eight sessions at the Beatman Center from
5:00-6:30pm starting Monday February 23rd. Registration is required before
attendance. All services are free of charge.
Jewish Caregiver Support Group
Share experiences, benefit from mutual support and gain practical
advice. Group meetings are held once a month on Tuesday at the
Beatman Center.
Dementia Care Coaches through ReServe
Experienced Dementia Care Coaches are available to provide support
in the home to persons with dementia, and to their family members
and caregivers. Services include education, guidance and information
on managing challenging behaviors and creating a safe home environ-

are $18 an hour.
BAYIT SEFARIM FUND:
Donations to the Sefarim fund will be used to purchase
the books we need as determined by the rabbinic team and
gabbaim. Donors will be recognized with a thank you in

ISRAEL SCHOLARSHIPS: UJA-Federation of New York's Israel
Experience Center continues to help New York Jewish teens entering
10th to 12th grades fulfill their dreams of traveling to Israel by providing
both need-based and merit scholarships. Each synagogue can nominate
up to two candidates for merit award consideration. Please contact Rav

PACK IT UP FOR PURIM Help us reach our goal of collecting 3,000 packages of non-perishable,
nutritious items to be distributed to hungry New Yorkers on Purim

Baby Goldie: Goldie is a 7 week old baby born with many
medical issues. Goldie's mom is unable to be with Goldie day
and night, as she has Goldie's twin brother at home. Goldie is
at Blythedale Children's Hospital in Valhalla, Westchester.
Volunteers are needed to hold her, read and sing to her, and
advocate for her to the nursing staff in case she needs
something. Volunteers must be healthy/free of colds.
