W&r*, fr&. %/) MCP Dear MCP Candidate 11 months ago I filled in the most important application of my life; The MCP application for AIESEC in Sweden. It has now been 4 months since the term started, and I still cannot believe that I am releasing the applications for my successor. Applying for MCP is a brave move, and for the next weeks you will doubt yourself, have epiphanies, and rethink everything you believe in. Trust me, this is completely normal! Being an MCP means being a visionary with your feet planted solid in the ground. It means taking care of your plenary and ensure a common vision and direction! 0) MCP R&") •  Facilitate the implementation of the Global Direction towards the

implementation and AIESEC in Sweden’s overall contribution to 2015 and the next mid-term ambition AIESEC 2020.

•  Coach and track the MC team members in personal and professional development. Track the overall goal-achievement of the LCs and the MC team.

•  Coach the LCP team on their performance and teams, encourage them to have a proactive role in the creation and implementation of the national direction.

•  Contribute to the credibility and positioning of AIESEC by representing AIESEC in Sweden in the external environment.

•  Representation of AIESEC in Sweden in the international network, and part-take in the subcommittee work.

•  Manage and control the financial sustainability and legality of the operations of AIESEC in Sweden.

MCP R),p&',#b#"#%#), 1. External and internal representation of AIESEC in Sweden: •  Internal representation of AIESEC in Sweden on international,

national and local level •  Responsible for the communication with the Chair of the ABAS

(Advisory board of AIESEC Sweden) •  Attend all ILMs (International Legislative Meetings) and ensure that

membership criteria is fullfilled. •  External representation (meetings, event, networking events,

company events and forums ) 2. Strategic direction: •  Design the strategy development processes to ensure the strategic

development, relevance, and performance of the organisation(short term and long term)

•  Ensure the implementation of AIESEC 2015 within AIESEC in Sweden •  Management of the national planning process and tracking of

national goals

legislation and compendium related issues. •  Responsible for budget management and financial compliance

together with the VP Finance. •  Responsible for MC election, selection process, and management 4. National team management: •  Coach the MC team members •  Ensure the common direction of the national team •  Track performance and review national plan; final responsible for

the results and performance of AIESEC in Sweden •  Design, run selection, and coordinate overall NST work with the

responsible MCVPs •  Plan and deliver team days (MC; MC – NST)

coordination of LC coaches with the MCVPTM •  Coach the LCPs •  Support planning on a local level •  Track performance of the LCs •  Overall responsible for the LCP mentorship programme 6. Conference Management •  Overall responsible for the national conferences •  Mandatory attendance of IPM and IC •  Assign conference manager for each national conference

Review board interview: November 26th-27th, 2014 Speech and QnA: December 6th, 2014 Voting and announcement: December 6th, 2014 Submit your application to the current MCP Anna Leth Clante; [email protected]. For international Candidates: Physical attendance at the review board interview in Stockholm and at the election conference Asbrú in Denmark are mandatory

0) E")$%#&' Pr&$),, On the 6th of December the following will happen: •  Introductory speech of maximum 10 minutes by the Candidates in

alphabetical order. •  Strategic presentations of 30 minutes (20 minute speech + Q&A

consisting of 2 questions per LC and a 1 minute answering time by the Candidate) by the Candidates in alphabetical order

•  Presentation of the outcomes of the review board to the plenary by the representatives of the reviewboard

•  Questions & Answers rotation. The LCs will each have 10 minutes with each MCP Candidate to ask any questions that may increase their understanding of the Candidate's strategies, personal motivation, and additional contribution to the network.

•  Final speeches by the Candidates of maximum 5 minutes each in alphabetical order

App"#$!%#&' R)q+#r).)'%, •  Your CV: both AIESEC and non AIESEC experience. Make sure that

your CV describes your main achievements, results, and skills gained.

•  Executive Summary: describe in one page why are you standing for MCP of AIESEC in Sweden 14-15

•  Two endorsement letters: one from somebody you have lead in your MC/LC during the last year. A second one from an international MC or LC member (not from your own entity or AIESEC in Sweden).

•  MCP Questionnaire (next page) Submit all the documents in a format that it is not editable. You are free to create your own design for the application in order to comply with the requirements.
