Thanksgiving is a wonderful time to gather with family and friends and reflect on the blessings of

the last year. Many of us experience renewed hope and faith during the Thanksgiving holiday because

we turn our eyes onto what is most important. What if we spent time each day in giving thanks and prayer? How could God grow out faith and

trust if we lived a life of thanks through all seasons and not just Thanksgiving time? When your heart

is filled with gratitude, there is little room to worry or complain.

“I will give thanks to the LORD because of His righteousness and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High. O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory above the heavens” (Psalm 7:17-

18:1). In Jesus’ name, amen."

The church office will be closed on Thursday, Fri-day and Saturday, November 23, 24 & 25 for the Thanksgiving holidays. Mass on Thanksgiving Day will be celebrated at 9:00 AM at Mt Carmel Church. Masses on Friday will follow the usual

daily Mass schedule. We wish all parishioners and their families a

very happy Thanksgiving and thank God for all the blessings he has bestowed on us.

i męczennicy, patronki muzyki kościelnej

22 listopada.

Świętem narodowym og łos i ł Thanksgiving w 1863 roku prezydent Abraham Lincoln.
