Como todos los años para la Misa de Corpus Christi salimos a las calles de Cambridge en procesión llevando el Santísimo a nuestros vecinos a través de la ciudad. Este año no fue la excepción y fuimos bendecidos con la participación de muchos parroquianos en este momento tan especial, dándonos la oportunidad de mostrar nuestra fe Cristiana Católica a toda la comunidad. Quiero tomar este espacio del boletín para agradecer a todos los que trabajaron fuertemente para que esta procesión se diera, pero especialmente a los servidores del altar. Que Dios los bendiga siempre.

Grupo de La Sagrada Familia *La proxima reunión será en Septiembre*
Invitamos a todas las parejas comprometidas o casadas a que se unan a nosotros para las noches de nuestra Sagrada Familia generalmente el 1er y 3er Sábado de cada mes de 6:00p.m. a 8:00p.m. (vean horario arriba) para formación espiritual, la oración y la comunión. Se proporciona comida. Le damos la bienvenida, pero no está obligado a traer algo para nuestra cena. Los niños son bienvenidos. Ofrecemos programas de formación de fé para niños, mientras que los adultos tienen su programa espiritual. Concluímos cada noche con todas la familias ante Jesús en la Adoración Eucarística. Esperamos que se una a nosotros.
El grupo Jovenes de Santa Maria *La proxima reunion sera el Domingo 8 de Septiembre*
Ya que en el verano la gran mayoría de jóvenes viaja de vacaciones suspendemos las reuniones por el verano y continuamos nuevamente en septiembre . Invitamos a todos los jóvenes de 6° a 12° grados hacer parte del grupo de los jóvenes peregrinos quienes se reúnen la mayoría de los domingos (vean horario arriba) en el salón de conferencia de la Rectoria. Primeramente nos reunimos todos juntos en un solo grupo y luego separamos los grupos por grados, es decir los estudiantes de la escuela secundaria en un grupo y los de la escuela media en otro grupo. Te invitamos a que te unas a nosotros para ser parte de diferentes actividades, incluyendo formación Espiritual, Proyectos de Servicios, eventos de Deportes, Conciertos, Retiros, etc. Esperamos verte en nuestro grupo. Misa/Convivencia/Picnic/Kayaking para Jóvenes de High school en el Charles River * Sábado 20 de Julio 10am—3pm.
Invitamos a todos los jóvenes de high school a participar en el picnic que tendremos en el Charles River , el punto de encuentro será en la rectoría a las 10am comenzaremos con la Celebración de la Santa Misa oficiada por el Padre Michael Harrington seguida de un picnic para los jóvenes ofreceremos fruta , snacks , sodas y sándwiches , los jóvenes tendrán la oportunidad de hacer kayaking en el charles river para disfrutar de la contemplación de la naturaleza . El costo de la renta por Kayak (para 2 personas ) es de $22 dls por hora . Se les recomienda a los jóvenes vestir ropa cómoda, ligera y traer sandalias, ( traer un cambio extra de ropa en caso de mojarse en el rio). Los Esperamos No faltes :)!

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As every year, after the Corpus Christy Mass, we go in procession out on the streets of Cambridge and bring
the Holy Eucharist to our neighbors througout the city. This year we were blessed to have many parishioners
joining us in this special time, giving us an opportunity to show our Christian faith to the community at large.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who worked hard to make this celebration and
procession a success, especially the Altar servers. God bless you all.

Holy Family Group *Will Start Meeting Again in September* We invite all engaged or married couples to join us for our Holy Family evenings generally on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (see Schedule above) for Spiritual Formation, Prayer, and Fellowship. Food is provided. You are welcome but not obligated to bring something for our potluck supper. Children are welcome. We offer faith formation programs for children while the adults have their spiritual program. We conclude each night with the whole family before Jesus in Eucharistic Adoration. St Mary’s Youth *Upcoming Meetings Sunday September 8th 5:30pm – 7:00pm*
Since most of the youth are traveling during summer we will continue gathering in September, invite all youth from 6th grade to the 12th grade to be part of the Young Pilgrims Youth Group which takes place in the Rectory Conference Room on Most Sundays (See Schedule above). We gather together first as one group and then into separate groups for High school students and Middle School students. Come join us for many different activities including Spiritual Formation, Service Projects, Occasional Sports Events, Concerts, Retreats, etc. We hope to see you there. Celebration of the Eucharist /Picnic/Kayaking for youth in High School at the Charles River * Saturday July 20th 10am—3pm.
We invite all the highschoolers to join us for a nice summer gathering at the charles river we will meet at the rectory at 10am and we will begin with the Celebration of the Eucharist offer by Fr.Michael Harrington fallowed by a picnic and kayaking at the River ,we will provide fruits, snacks , sodas y sándwiches for all the youth , all the highschoolers will have the opportunity to do kayaking at the charles river and contemplate the beauty of the nature . The cost of the rent per Kayak (for 2 people ) is $22 dls per hour . We suggets to wear comftable clothes ( and bring an extra change of clothes in case that you get wet). Hope to see you all . Saint Mary’s Street Ministry *Upcoming Gatherings Saturday July 6th 9:00 - 11:00am*
Saint Mary’s Parish has a group that reaches out to the homeless on the streets of Cambridge and Boston. The group meets every Saturday morning at 9:00 am in the Parish hall and chapel where they have a brief prayer before visiting our brothers and sisters on the Street bringing food and clothing. Catholic Book Club *Upcoming Gathering July 11 7:00 - 8:30pm*
The Catholic Book Club meets once a month to discussmany different genres of writing and to discuss them from a Catholic perspective. It is a wonderful opportunity to grow in faith taking in the wisdom of great authors.We are currently reading Short Stories of Flannery O’Connor and John Steinbeck. Next month, we will discuss The Geranium and Judgment Day by Flannery O’Connor and Chrysanthemums by John Steinbeck
Appreciation Day Canobie Lake Park for youth altar servers, lectors and musician’s *Sat July 6th 8:45am - 5:00pm*
We would like to thank all of our youth altar servers, lectors and musicians with a special trip to Canobie Lake park. The trip is scheduled for Saturday July 6th. Young people can invite their parents to come on the trip. Please arrive at St. Mary Church no later than 8:45 am. The bus will leave at 9:00 am and will return at about 5:00 pm. The church will pay for the ticket of each student and their parents but everyone is asked to bring money for their own lunch. If any of the youth’s brothers and sisters would like to go, they are welcome. However, we need to know how many people from each family will go on the trip.
