Bring Your Laptop to the Classroom

St Patrick Regional is committed to providing students with an excellent challenging 21st century education Since students learn most effectively using electronic devices the school has decided that personal portable computers are essential tools

in all relevant classes It is expected that students will come equipped with a personal computer in September

Get to schoolon time

We are a regional school and students come to St Patrick Regional from all over the Lower Mainland and have to spend more time getting to school However we believe that it is very important that our students learn to value punc-tuality Students who begin the day prepared and on time perform better at school and are less stressed Students who arrive late will be met and monitored by the administration

Administration will refer late students to a 30 minute supervised session lunch-time on the same day

Students who are chronically late must attend a team meeting which may include administra-tion parents and school counselor

The administration has decided to focus on improved punctuality for the school year
