COMING SOON—Christmas Giving Tree

Christmas will be here before you know it! Once again the St. Francis Center will sponsor the annual Christmas Giving Tree. It has been the tradition to take a star from the tree and purchase a gift card

so the St. Francis Center and San José may assist needy families this coming Christmas. However, there is no need to wait until the tree is displayed—we will gratefully accept cards now.

Purchase a $10.00 or $20.00 Walmart gift card and place it in the collection basket or bring to Church

Office on or before December 16th. Please be sure to indicate the $$ amount on the gift card!

Thank you and may you be blessed abundantly for your generosity.

We have so much to be grateful for as we prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving: • The gift of life, family, friendship, love and forgiveness. • Let us remember all whom we love who are not present with us here and for those who have gone

before us. • Let us be mindful of those who are without food, family or home. • May we give thanks by our lives of service, by deeds of hospitality, by kindness to strangers and by

concern for one another. Thank you for the many ways you support and contribute to St. Francis Center. Blessings and gratitude! Sr. Nuala

ST JOHN SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

In case you missed it, students from St. John School participated in a recent Saturday Mass: helping usher, sing, and altar serve. For All Saints Day, students dressed as saints to share their story and provide inspiration. St. John School’s Girls on the Run team recently participated in the regional Girls on the Run event. This program is designed to teach life skills through conversations and running.
