Understanding your logo...

‘The Treasure Fox’ logo has been custom illustrated specifically for you! This means that you are the lucky owner of not just a logo, but a beautiful piece of artwork, making it unique and one of a kind! This is your style guide, it is designed to help you understand, utilise and display your new logo at its best. This will be the dominant way to display on all products and digital formats.

Your logo has been designed with a ‘pass-through’ concept, this means that all areas of the design without a colour fill, are transparent, care must be taken when displaying over busy or patterned backgrounds.

With that in mind, this logo is versatile in the majority of display possibilities, both physical and digital. Position, size, and colour, along with the spatial and proportional relationships of ‘The Treasure Fox” elements, are predetermined and should not be altered.

If for any reason you find that you will need to display ‘The Treasure Fox’ logo/element in black and white, feel free to do so with the provided black ‘The Treasure Fox’ logo with the white background or vice-versa. OR the greyscale versions

When considering your logo structure, the general rule is that you should refrain from changing the layout. These elements, as a rule are never to be changed and must always be displayed together to ensure brand identity is consistent, repetitive and therefore memorable.HOWEVER, Elysian Element forges ahead and makes its own rules! Im definitely pro-flexible format and so, ive provided a layout that is designed for a landscape display.

The images displayed here are just some of the preffered examples on how you could present your logo should you need to display it on a coloured or patterned background. Images should be of a relatable theme and work with the logo. As shown here, any patterns should be strategically positioned to avoid the logo becoming lost amidst the image. A highly patterned and coloured background can work against your logo ( although Foxo seems to be holding his own in these examples! Powering through the patterns!)

Dont let the backgrounds win! VIGILANCE!Attention must be paid when placing upon patterned or coloured backgrounds. Logo malfunctions are the same as wardrobe malfunctions, poor placement over floral, heavily patterned, and colour-clashing backgrounds will result in a loss of legibility (friends) and most of all , brand impact.

These examples will provide you with an idea of what not to do and where not to display your logo. (you can see where the graphic element is still clearly visible is a few , yet the company name is lost in the noise)

“The Treasure Fox” logo requires seperation from the other elements around it. The space required on all sides is atleast 10 mm depending on the size. The logo must have a clearspace area and should not intersect with other graphic elements.

To the left your logo is displayed at 50mm H by 31.5 mm W (5cm x 3.1cm) The added details in the flowers means it can only be minimised as far as 25.6mm H x 15.8mm W ( 2.5cm H x 1.5cm W) for printing.

To the left your logo is displayed at 50mm H by 39.5 mm W (5cm x 3.9cm) (larger without the flower detail)it can be minimised the furthest at - 25mm H x 19.5 mm W (2.5cm x 1.9cm shown to the right)I wouldnt suggest going much smaller as legibility will vanish.

To the left your logo is displayed at 50mm H by 39.5 mm W (5cm x 3.9cm) it can be minimised down to - 30mm H x 23.5 mm W (3cm x 2.3cm shown to the right)This size or above will be perfect for a stamp!
