CLIMATE CORNER
Words Matter
Last week the NY City Council passed a resolution calling the
current environmental situation a "Climate Emergency,"
becoming the largest city in the country to do so. The
legislation is an emphasis on language that will lead to actions
to protect the city and its people. Think about the words we
use to describe what's happening around, and create an
opportunity for action.
