I need a listing of technical program non-completers for last three years with delineation of #completed credits/diploma rec'd-not rec'd/name/contact info.

I’m working on a ppt for Beverly that she will present to our local state legislators in a few weeks. Bottom line is we’re trying to make a compelling argument to maintain/minimize funding cuts to cc’s.
