The List of Fellows deceased and the List of Fellows elected into the Society since the last Anniversary were read.

The Report to the Society from the Council, upon the work (luring the past year, was, uponl the nmotion of the President, received.

The Presidentt delivered his Aniniversary Addrcess. On tjhe miotion] of Sir R. Glazebrook, seconded by Sir A. Evanis, the thauilis of the Society were voted to the President for his Address, and hie was requested to allow it to be printed.

The Awards of the Medals for the year were alnnounced as follows, and the Mledals were presenited fronm the Chair:-
