Saint Nicholas Miter

Make your very own Saint Nicholas miter! Materials needed: Miter and cross patterns (next page), printed on card stock Red construction paper or red card stock 3” X 18” strip of red or black construction paper White cotton balls Scissors, glue and stapler Instructions: 1. Print miter and cross patterns (next page) on card stock. Cut out each

pattern. 2. Trace miter pattern onto red card stock or red construction paper and cut

out. 3. Glue cross onto red miter, centered and somewhat near the top. 4. Glue a band of white cotton balls along bottom edge or miter. 5. Staple 3” X 18” strip of red or black construction paper to bottom edge of

miter on one side. 6. Measure to fit on child’s head, trimming excess if needed, then staple to

other bottom edge of miter.
