COMMITMENT WEEKEND
This weekend we prepare to renew our commitment with the Cardinal’s Annual Stewardship Appeal There are so many reasons why the Appeal is important, not only to those in need in the archdiocese, but also to us, in our parish community. Your support of the Appeal helps countless people, and sustains the fabric of our ministries throughout our parishes. Your Donation to the Appeal:
Suppor ts offices, ministr ies, and programs through-out the archdiocese that nurture and encourage our jour-ney in faith;
Helps educate our children in our Catholic schools and religious education programs;
Provides for retired pr iests and religious by giving them the retirement care they deserve after decades of service;
Help to educate our future clergy and prepare them for a life of service; and
Helps fund Catholic Char ities, which provides loving care to millions of people in our archdiocese.
The archdiocesan goal for the 2016 Appeal is $20 million. And our individual parish goal is $40,500. I ask that you prayerfully consider your gift. It is only with your support that this campaign can be a success. We all have in our hearts the capacity to give as Jesus asked us to do. If you would like to make your gift today, please fill out a pledge card and either mail it to the Appeal office or submit it to the parish.

Este fin de semana nos preparamos para renovar nuestro compromiso con La Campaña Anual de Corresponsabilidad del Cardenal. Esta Campaña es importante por muchas razones, no solo para las Personas necesitadas en la arquidiócesis, sino también para noso-tros en nuestra comunidad parroquial. Su apoyo a la Campaña ayudara a un sinnúmero de personas y tendrá la rede de nuestros ministerios a través de yodas nuestras parroquias. Su donación a la Campaña:
Apoya oficinas, minister ios y programas a través de toda la arquidiócesis que nutren y alientan nuestro viaje de fe;
Ayuda a educar a nuestros hijos en escuelas católicas y programas de educación religiosa;
Provee para nuestros sacerdotes y religiosos jubila-dos, dándoles el cuidado que se merecen luego de déca-das de servicios
Ayuda a educar a nuestros futuros sacerdotes y a prepararlos para una vida de servicio; y
Provee fondos para las Car idades Católicas, que cui-dan tiernamente a millones de personas en nuestra arqui-diócesis.
La meta arquidiocesana para la Campaña del 2016 es de $20millones. Y nuestra meta individual parroquial es de $40,500. Les pido que consideren en oración su donación a la campaña.
