It’s crazy to send you all this message. We’ve just started yesterday as MCEB Strive and now we are looking for our next MCP! It reminds me: it’s fast, we have few time to do all we want to and it is intense, I feel like I have lived 5 years since the day I was elected, almost one year Ago in Córdoba.

To be MCP of AIESEC in Argentina is a honor and a privilege. And also a very big responsibility, that will bring you tears, laughs, a lot of difficult and impossible choices. And it will be bring you learnings. The learning of face yourself at your limit every single day and everyday take the decision (or not) to push yourself a little bit farther even if you don’t believe you can actually do it.

For AIESEC, it is an amazing year. The delivery of the 2015 vision and the creation of 2020. Also it brings a lot of challenge, keep the focus in what Works and is important meanwhile we are excited about the future possibilities.

And a message about the process: It will be hard. Not because of the plenary or the other candidates, but because of you. Facing ourselves and pushing to change is a hard process, but is also a privilege. It is, along with the MCP experience an once in a life time experience.

MCEB Life and conditions

The MC office is located in Buenos Aires, at the neighborhood Palermo. It is considered to be a nice living place and also quite safe. At the office, located at City Downtown (Microcentro) you have access to computer, wireless internet access and your official individual working space. You may live with the MCEB Team at our flat located 45 min from the Office by public transportation or bicycle.

The MCEB benefits also include: once a week a maid to clean the office; general hygiene products; basic food supply (sugar, salt, oil) and all the rent and bills of the flat are paid by the MCEB. The MCEB salary is by month and currently is USD 330,00, given in Argentinean Pesos (around ARS 2800,00).

About the Questionnaire, all questions must be answered, not exceeding a maximum of 11 pages summed to the Personal Information and Experience.
