Baptism is the first step to become a Catholic Christian. Parents who wish to baptize their children agree to raise them in the Catholic faith. For more information about the requirements for infant baptisms, check the bulletin or call Deacon Dan. Classes are the 2nd Saturday of each month in the Faith Formation Complex room 13 at 9 am. For Spanish, classes are the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30pm in the Faith Formation Complex room 13.

God loves us and wants to forgive our sins. You can experience Gods unconditional love through the Sacrament of Reconciliation. This sacrament is available on Tuesdays from 8:30 to 9:00 am, and on Saturdays, English & Spanish, from 3:30 to 4:30 pm, or at other times by contacting a priest. For Spanish call Fr. Bruno.

Father Bruno has received his new assignment.

On Sunday, June 21, 2015 the parish will have a pot luck good bye dinner for our Father, Father Bruno. As of July 1, 2015 he will be assigned to St. Francis de Sale.

Father Bruno has served here at St. Peter for six years and he will be greatly missed. We look forward to welcoming Father Gem Bandivas as the new administrator here at St. Peter the Apostle.

436-440, 453: Christ in Greek, Messiah in Hebrew, means the anointed one. Jesus is the Christ because he is consecrated by God and anointed by the Holy Spirit for his redeeming mission. For couples wishing to get married and live within our Diocese:

1. Couples should not set a wedding date until they have met with their parish priest. 2. Couples should contact the brides parish to set a meeting with the parish priest at least six months before the anticipated date of the wedding. 3. St. Vincent de Paul - Food Pantry Needs List

Needed Food Pantry Items: peanut butter, jelly, tuna, Spam, Vienna sausage, chili & beans, chunky soups, pasta sauce, pasta noodles, brown or white rice, breakfast cereals, oatmeal, macaroni and cheese.

Personal Items: toilet paper, toothpaste, bath soap, dry skin lotion, sun screen products.

Diabetic Items - - -sugar free, etc. . . Please place items in the Parish boxes in the Vestibule of the Church. The items that are placed in these boxes will be used by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul to prepare food bags for needy individuals and families except the last weekend of the month when food and clothing donations go to the St. Therese Center.
