Coaching Reminder: Friday & Saturday Schedule Just a quick reminder about our upcoming retreat with vocal coach extraordinaire, Jordan Travis. This is a great opportunity to raise our level of singing and performing! Here is the schedule: Friday (tomorrow) - let's get some volunteers in early to setup risers 6:45 PM - arrive at church, sing in the car on the way so you are warmed up a bit 7:00 PM - prompt start, please be ready and on the risers 9:30 PM - end Saturday 9:45 AM - arrive at church, sing in the car on the way so you are warmed up a bit 10:00 AM - prompt start, please be ready and on the risers 3:00 PM – end Mike Soper Guys, at any other time we strongly encourage guys showing up early. However, on Saturday morning, please do not attempt to come into the sanctuary or any of the church areas until after 9:45. We need to respect the meeting occurring just before ours and they are aware that we will not come in until 9:45. The MLT will be meeting with Jordan in one of the rooms out back, but we have gotten approval from the church to do this. Any other members should not anticipate getting in until after 9:45.

I encourage everyone to get there as early as 6:15 or 6:30 to socialize and warmup or help set up the church. Thanks guys! Miles Hunt

OLD FOLKS ENJOY QUARTET by Dick Wheeler

It was my pleasure to join 30 Senior types and enjoy a half hour performance by EXCHANGE STREET at the South Portland Community Center on the afternoon of Valentines Day. The quartet was received very well as it presented a well balanced repertoire ranging from Elvis Presley to Somewhere Over The Rainbow with some familiar chestnuts thrown in. Personally I had been looking forward to their appearance for several weeks. I was not disappointed. Well done, guys.
